The obvious problem here is that we have heard this story all too often. Most remarkably in the run up to the Iraq war, with the ridiculous claim that Saddam could hit London in 45 minutes withhis non-existant WMDs.
Is it possible that ISIS could have acquired ‘dirty’ materials from hospitals and research facilities? Absolutely.
