Police Called to Elementary School After 3rd Grader Makes ‘Racist’ Comment About a Brownie

Before this week, 14-year-old Ella Fishbough had never been in trouble at school.
The cheerful, curly-haired eighth-grader’s undoing came when she learned that a male friend was having a bad day. As consolation, Ella put her arms around him in a hug.
‘It was literally for a second,’ the eighth-grader told Click Orlando. But that moment earned her a morning in detention – as well as a blemish on her formerly spotless disciplinary record.
It is at each principal’s discretion to determine what kind of touching is inappropriate. According to WFTV Orlando, hugging was banned altogether at Jackson Heights this year, in addition to holding hands, linking arms and kissing.

Tesla Tumbles After Fatal “Auto Pilot” Car Crash

Just after the close of trading in a post on its blog, Tesla announced that yesterday evening (one wonders why if the company knew about it yesterday did it wait until after the close on quarter end Friday to release the news), that one of its cars had been involved in a fatal crash while driving in auto pilot mode.

The US Should Have 10,000 Members of Congress

Yesterday, we looked at how the European Union functions on a model of “democracy” that is based on very large constituency sizes, thus reducing access to policymakers, and reducing the ability of ordinary taxpayers to influence the lawmaking process. (The more residents there are for each elected official, the larger the constituency size.)
An analysis of constituency size showed that there are far, far more constituents per elected official in the EU Parliament than is typically the case for national legislatures in Western Europe.
Constituency size has been shown to correlate to government spending in many cases, as shown in research by Mark Thornton, George S. Ford, and Marc Ulrich. See here and here.
As Thornton et al. conclude:
[T]he evidence is very suggestive that constituency size provides an explanation for much of the trend, or upward drift in government spending, because of the fixed-sized nature of most legislatures. Potentially, constituency size could be adjusted to control the growth of government.
They note the reason for this appears to be diminished engagement between elected officials and constituents when constituency sizes are very large.

The Coming End of the ‘Third Way’ System

The Best Thing About the EU is J. C. Juncker’s Alcoholism
We recently discussed the post-Brexit landscape with a friend (in fact, our editor), who bemoaned that ‘the EU is led by a drunkard’. Our immediate reaction to this was to exclaim: ‘That’s the best thing about the EU!’
Why do we think so? It makes this overpaid, useless bureaucrat human. Not only that, it clearly raises his entertainment value. As our regular readers know, we have insisted for many years that entertainment value is the by far most important criterion by which a politician’s worth should be judged.
The reason for this is simple: it is nigh impossible to achieve fundamental change by voting. Similar to everybody else, politicians and high-level bureaucrats act first and foremost in their self-interest. A young person deciding to enter politics may well be driven by antiquated notions of ‘public service’. Such ideas are quickly discarded once a political career actually begins.
A great many politicians are also psychopaths. Who knows what they would be up to if their jobs didn’t exist? Again, it is fairly simple to come to this conclusion – one doesn’t have to study psychology to arrive at it. The mere fact that these people want to have a job in which they will exercise power over others is already a strong hint as to their mental state (we acknowledge that there have been a few extremely rare exceptions to the rules laid out here, such as e.g. former Hong Kong governor John Cowperthwaite, Ron Paul, or Godfrey Bloom – but these people were/are really ‘anti-bureaucrats’ and ‘anti-politicians’).

THIS SYSTEM IS DEAD — Harley Schlanger

The following video was published by SGTreport.com on Jun 30, 2016
Harley Schlanger joins us for this inspirational discussion about the Brexit vote and the chaos that is having a very real, direct effect on the NWO globalist power structure and the City of London banksters. Harley says, the Brexit vote didn’t cause the chaos, it existed long before the vote. But Brexit does create “an opportunity for men of courage who have been speaking quietly behind the scenes to come forward and say THIS SYSTEM IS DEAD! We cannot reform it. We have to move out from under it.” And for the naysayers that claim this is all being done by design, Harley reports, “They’re seeing their whole system collapse… Some people will say, they want confusion, the want chaos. They have it. THEY HAD IT BEFORE THE BREXIT VOTE.”

While not everyone may agree with Cline’s views, the fact that he has been evicted over his First Amendment right to express them here, in America, is a frightening sign of the Orwellian times we are living in. AGoFundMe campaign helped to raise over $15,000 to help Cline move following his untimely eviction.

Trump Jumps To Four Point Lead Over Clinton In First Post-Brexit Poll

Earlier this week we noted that Hillary’s lead over Donald Trump in the polls was either 1% or 12%, depending on which poll you believed. We also pointed out that the polls were taken prior to the UK referendum, and as both candidates held different views on the matter, we were looking forward to the next round of polling to find out if either Trump or Clinton were able to sway voters further after that historic event.
Today, Rasmussen released a new presidential poll based on a survey conducted on June 28-29 of 1,000 likely voters – the result was quite stunning. In a complete reversal from last week, Rasmussen finds Donald Trump is leading Hillary Clinton 43% to 39%.

There’s No Place Called ‘TransNationalProfessionalistan’

Under the relentless thrust of accelerating over-population and increasing over-organization, and by means of ever more effective methods of mind-manipulation, the democracies will change their nature; the quaint old forms – elections, parliaments, Supreme Courts and all the rest – will remain. The underlying substance will be a new kind of non-violent totalitarianism. All the traditional names, all the hallowed slogans will remain exactly what they were in the good old days. Democracy and freedom will be the theme of every broadcast and editorial – but Democracy and freedom in a strictly Pickwickian sense. Meanwhile the ruling oligarchy and its highly trained elite of soldiers, policemen, thought-manufacturers and mind-manipulators will quietly run the show as they see fit.
– From the post: Brave New World Revisited… Key Excerpts and My Summary
Megan McArdle has penned an extraordinary article in the wake of the Brexit referendum. Her words represent the sort of deep, thoughtful reflection Remain-supporting pundits and journalists should be demonstrating at the moment, but clearly aren’t. Indeed, as tends to be the case with elites during moments of peak corruption and societal decay, their collective heads are too far up their own assess to see what’s right in front of them.
Unfortunately for them, these myriad mean-spirited temper tantrums will have precisely the opposite effect of their desired outcome. Their panicked rants will simply put their true colors on public display for all to see, further propelling the dreaded populists sentiments they wish to stifle. This will ultimately lead to a far more serious revolt against all things status quo.
Megan’s Bloomberg piece represents a measured and honest response to Brexit, and the entire thing is one home run paragraph after the other. Here are a few excerpts:

Got a bullshit parking ticket? Now you can appeal it in less than a minute. The new chatbot tool, DoNotPay, uses previously successful appeal letters to draw up a customized template, allowing users to avoid courts, legal fees, stress, and having to use a lawyer.
So far, the free app has overturned 160,000 parking tickets in London and New York. With a success rate of 64%, DoNotPay has appealed $4 million in parking fines in just two cities in only nine months of operation. In 2014, New York City collected $546 million in revenue from parking tickets.
Stanford freshman Joshua Bowder created the app after spending an exorbitant amount of time crafting his own appeals for parking tickets. He read thousands of pages of documents related to parking tickets released under the Freedom of Information Act and consulted a traffic lawyer. Then, using PHP and Javascript, he created a conversation algorithm that aggregates keywords, pronouns, and word order. Like many chatbots, Browder’s app becomes more intelligent each time it is used.

Bill Clinton Holds ‘Private’ Meeting With Loretta Lynch As FBI Probes Hillary

With the release of the official report on Benghazi by the House Select Committee earlier this week, one of two major concerns for the Clinton campaign has been able to be put to bed. However, one very large concern continues to loom over Clinton, and that is the FBI investigation into whether or not Hillary improperly handled classified material as Secretary of State.
Since it was revealed that Huma Abedin and other close aides were being interviewed by the FBI back in May, news from the investigation has been relatively quiet. FBI Director James Comey said last month regarding the investigation that “We want to do it well and we want to do it promptly. As between the two things, we will always choose well.”
As The Hill notes, it’s been nearly a year since inspectors general from the State Department and federal intelligence agencies referred the case of Clinton’s server to the Justice Department last July, and while many expected the investigation to be drawing to a close this spring, it is still ongoing. In May, Clinton said “I hope this is close to being wrapped up”, while saying that “I made it clear I’m more than ready to talk to anybody, anytime.”

A Twin Cities man has sued the TSA and the Twin Cities airport operator for $506.85, the cost of missing his flight and having to buy a ticket for another flight due to a long security delay, the kind that have been hitting major airports all across the country lately.

You’re Going To ALLOW This, Aren’t You?

If you — meaning any American citizen — sit still for this and allow it then you’ve ratified the death of our Constitution. You have not only ratified it by your inaction you’ve cheered it on and as such you are not welcome in my presence, on my property, and, in my opinion, you have no place at the table when it comes to any legitimate political discussion.
In a recent op-ed for Slate, Judge Posner, a senior lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School, argued that the original Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the post – Civil War amendments ‘do not speak to today.’
‘I see absolutely no value to a judge of spending decades, years, months, weeks, day, hours, minutes, or seconds studying the Constitution, the history of its enactment, its amendments, and its implementation (across the centuries – well, just a little more than two centuries, and of course less for many of the amendments),’ he wrote. ‘Eighteenth-century guys, however smart, could not foresee the culture, technology, etc., of the 21st century.’
He added, ‘let’s not let the dead bury the living.’

China Signals a New, Accepting Approach to Digital Currencies

China’s government has signaled that it is warming up to digital currency with a new proposed civil law that may recognize people’s legal right to own virtual assets, including digital currencies.
A new draft of China’s civil code was introduced in The National People’s Congress June 27. The draft will reportedly designate all virtual networks, data and information as property equal to physical and other financial assets, bringing them under the jurisdiction of civil rights that are applicable to property in general.
OKCoin founder and CEO Star Xu told Bitcoin Magazine that the new draft law is good news saying:
“The central bank defined Bitcoin as a “virtual commodity” in 2013; however, digital assets are different from traditional properties in a sense due to their virtual features. That makes it difficult to be incorporated into the traditional ‘object’ which is normally categorized as ‘chattel’ and ‘real estate.’

Brexit, the E.U. and the “Special Relationship” of the U.S./U.K.

Any clique in the E. U. that thinks the U. S. will sit idly by while they “punish” the U. K. had better recalibrate their core interests and the potential for blowback. One constant in a fast-shifting global chess board is the special relationship between the United Kingdom and the United States. The term special relationship defines a close collaboration diplomatically, militarily and financially. Some might go so far as to speak of an Anglo-American Empire in terms of finance. Needless to say, this special relationship impacts the European Union and the longer term impacts of Brexit. *** Alliances are as complex as marriages. Just as marriages unite families as well as individuals, so alliances and treaties bind various sectors and agencies of nations in different ways and with different degrees of bonding. Ties between France and Britain, for example, go back to the Norman invasion of England in 1066. The two have been rivals, adversaries and allies.

The Collapse of Western Democracy – Paul Craig Roberts

Democracy no longer exists in the West. In the US powerful private interest groups, such as the military-security complex, Wall Street, the Israel Lobby, agribusiness and the extractive industries of energy, timber and mining, have long exercised more control over government than the people. But now even the semblance of democracy has been abandoned.
In the US Donald Trump has won the Republican presidential nomination. However, Republican convention delegates are plotting to deny Trump the nomination that the people have voted him. The Republican political establishment is showing an unwillingness to accept democratic outcomes.
The people chose, but their choice is unacceptable to the establishment which intends to substitute its choice for the people’s choice.
Do you remember Dominic Strauss-Kahn? Strauss-Kahn is the Frenchman who was head of the IMF and, according to polls, the likely next president of France. He said something that sounded too favorable toward the Greek people. This concerned powerful banking interests who worried that he might get in the way of their plunder of Greece, Portugal, Spain, and Italy. A hotel maid appeared who accused him of rape. He was arrested and held without bail. After the police and prosecutors had made fools of themselves, he was released with all charges dropped. But the goal was achieved. Strauss-Kahn had to resign as IMF director and kiss goodbye his chance for the presidency of France.

Secret Government Warehouse Stockpiling for Pandemic: ‘Can’t Be Discussed Publicly’

Somewhere, there is a sprawling system of government storage facilities so secret that the American people can’t be told where they are, or what is kept in them.
But it is clear they are gearing up for something. These secret facilities are apparently in place to support the logistics of a response to an unprecedented disaster the likes of which no one has ever seen, or perhaps even conceived of in this country.
What happens if a mass pandemic sweeps through American cities – an avian flu, or an outbreak of a laboratory created disease? How many millions of people would be wiped out within a matter of days? What happens if terrorists deploy a biological or chemical weapon? Will quarantine zones be necessary? Will martial law be imposed?
It is hard to say, but one thing is certain: the federal government has what is surely the largest stockpile of emergency equipment and medical supplies that has ever been assembled.

Merkel Tells Cameron Before E.U. Summit: “Don’t Delude Yourself”

German Chancellor Angela Merkel warned the U.K. to have no illusions about life outside the European Union, hardening her stance ahead of Prime Minister David Cameron’s first meeting with fellow E.U. leaders since triggering the political earthquake that’s shaken the bloc’s foundations.
Merkel, in her toughest response yet to last week’s British vote to quit the 28-nation E.U., said that the U.K. can’t expect favored treatment once it leaves and that there will be no informal talks on a new relationship before the government in London files its application for divorce.
‘There shouldn’t be the slightest misunderstanding about the conditions laid out in the European treaties for a case like this,’ Merkel said in a speech to Germany’s parliament in Berlin on Tuesday. ‘My only advice to our British friends is: Don’t delude yourself about the necessary decisions that need to be taken.’

Trump Plans To Have Tyson, Ditka, & Bobby Knight At GOP Convention

Earlier this month the mainstream media was wondering how it was going to be possible for Donald Trump to defeat Hillary Clinton, especially given all of the well known political figures that Clinton was going to be able to trot out throughout the campaign. Trump is now beginning to answer that question.
In contrast to the Clinton political machine, Donald Trump’s campaign aides are lining up some well known sports figures to appear at the GOP convention in Cleveland next month. As Bloomberg reports, Trump’s convention list includes boxing legend Mike Tyson, Super Bowl winning coach Mike Ditka, former Indiana University basketball icon Bobby Knight, and NASCAR chief Brian France. Organizers said that a broad slate of other celebrities are being lined up as well.

It is being referred to as ‘community outreach’.
Via Cleveland.com:
Randy Cunningham was in his garden when two Cleveland detectives knocked on the door of his Cleveland home recently to question him about his protest plans for the Republican National Convention…
As my colleague, Andrew Tobias, first reported last week, the law enforcement investigators are visiting the homes of local activists in an effort the FBI described – in Orwellian terms – as ‘community outreach,’ aimed at making the convention ‘safe and secure.’
Totally reassuring isn’t it?
