Is the FBI Sitting on a Massive October Surprise for Donald Trump?

According to top Senate Democrat Harry Reid (D-NV), the FBI is withholding an ‘October Surprise’ that would harm GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump’s campaign ahead of Election Day on Nov. 8…
The outspoken Democrat issued a scathing public letter via his own website to FBI Director James Comey yesterday (Sunday).
He criticized Comey’s disclosure last Friday (Oct. 28) that the FBI is reopening its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails based on new evidence the agency recently obtained.
Reid’s scathing memo accused Comey of ‘partisan actions’ and even suggested he ‘may have broken the law.’ This latter statement is in reference to the Hatch Act of 1939, which bars the use of an executive branch position to influence an election.
But these indictments weren’t the most shocking revelations to come from Reid’s letter…

You Didn’t Build That!

Collectivism Across Party Lines
‘There is nobody in this country who got rich on his own – nobody.’ – Elizabeth Warren, campaign speech 2011
‘If you’ve got a business – you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.’
– Barack Obama, campaign speech 2012
The Left is clear about their view. You do not get credit, and you do not own your business by right. When the government taxes you, taxes you some more, regulates you, and licenses you, it has the right. Because you didn’t build that.
As with so many issues, the Right seemingly opposes the Left. Certainly, there was outrage at the outright, open expressions of communist ideology from Warren and Obama.
But let’s drill a bit deeper. Let’s look at a litmus test to see if conservatives really believe that you own your business. Or perhaps they accept that you are a mere steward of the people’s resources, for the good of the people.
Can you hire or not hire anyone? After all, if you did build that, then it’s yours by right. And as a matter of right, you can decide who to hire. Right?

The Real Reason the FBI Moved on Hillary…

Just when you thought the soap opera couldn’t get any more bizarre…
On Friday, FBI director James Comey informed Congress he was reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails.
In a shocking twist in the case, agents investigating former congressman and resident pervert Anthony Weiner for ‘sexting’ with a minor recovered one of his laptops containing thousands of emails…
Among them were State Department-related emails from Weiner’s estranged wife, Huma Abedin, a close aide to Clinton and a subject of the original investigation.
This startling discovery jolted Comey into action just days before the election, turning the presidential race on its head.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a Republican or Democrat, this move is important because it could lead to a lot of market volatility in the next couple of weeks.
I’ll show you the best way to deal with that volatility in just a moment.
But first, let me show you how the media missed the real story…

US Government Running Out Of Options In The Middle East – Episode 1115b

The following video was published by X22Report on Oct 31, 2016
NY Professor was ousted for having a different view and voicing his opinion. The Ukrainian people are realizing they are still ruled by oligarchs and its worse than before the coup d’tat. John Kerry trying to get leaders from the coalition countries to put their support behind the Libyan Unity Government. Russia moves two subs into the Mediterranean. The US Government is using everything they have, lies, propaganda to push the idea that Russia and Syria are causing atrocities in Aleppo, it is failing. Russia just called the US Government on this. So the US Government has choices, start war let the economy collapse, do not start a war let the economy collapse or tell the truth and let the economy collapse. Turkey has moved more military assets to the border of Syria.

Explaining Mosul in Five Maps

The Islamic State captured Iraq’s second largest city, Mosul, from the Iraqi government after a seven-day battle in June 2014. The US-backed Iraqi assault to recapture Mosul began with great fanfare on Oct. 18.
This piece will lay out the key things you need to know about the battle for Mosul in five maps.
But one thing cannot be expressed in maps. Already, the battle to take Mosul back has lasted longer than the battle IS fought to conquer it. IS is outmanned and outgunned in this fight, but it has dug in. It occupies a highly defensible position, and it is not going to retreat. This battle is not going to be a rout. It is going to be a bloody example of urban warfare.

Oil Prices Slammed By Higher OPEC Exports

Happy Halloween! Crude is definitely spooked today, running scared as non-OPEC countries met over the weekend to discuss potential production cuts – but were unable to commit to anything concrete (sounds awfully familiar). Further encouraged by a stronger dollar, oil prices trudge on lower in forty dollardom; hark, here are five things to consider in oil markets today.
1) On Friday we discussed how Saudi Arabia, Iran and Iraq exports accounted for nearly half of India’s oil imports. As our ClipperData illustrate below, exports from the three OPEC members continue to blow the prior year’s volume out of the water.
Iran’s export loadings so far in October are just a smidge lower than 3 million barrels per day, the highest level since sanctions were lifted earlier in the year, and a country mile above the corresponding level of 1.26 million bpd seen in October last year.

Two Early Voting Charts That Look Disastrous For Hillary

Both Clinton and Trump have highlighted early voting statistics that suggest their campaigns are performing well relative to the 2012 campaigns of Obama and Romney. That said, new statistics presented by the New York Times on early voting in several states seem to reveal some devastating trends for team Hillary.
As background, early voting has grown substantially over the past 2 decades and now accounts for roughly one-third of all votes cast.
More states are offering early voting, Michael McDonald, a political science professor at the University of Florida, said. ‘Once a state adopts early voting, more people vote early as a part of their election regimen,’ he said. The modern resurgence of early voting can be traced to 1980, when California lifted a requirement that voters must have an excuse to vote early. Other states in the West followed. In 1996, Southern states like Florida, Tennessee and Texas began to allow in-person early voting in special satellite polling locations.
Another landmark year in early voting was 2001, when a legal challenge was brought against Oregon’s early voting laws. The decision in that case, Voting Integrity Project v. Keisling, set a precedent mandating that early voting should be allowed, as long as votes were not officially counted before Election Day.

Obama Destroys Clinton/Reid Narrative “Does Not Believe Comey Trying To Influence Election”

With both Harry Reid and Hillary Clinton voicing extreme accusations of violating federal law against FBI Director Comey’s decision to be transparent about his investigation into Clinton’s emails, it appears President Obama is having none of it. As White House spokesman Josh Earnest stated: “President Obama doesn’t think Comey is trying to influence the election.”
Senate minority leader Harry Reid claiming Comey may have violated federal law…
‘I am writing to inform you that my office has determined that these actions may violate the Hatch Act,’ Reid wrote in a letter to Comey, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The Hatch act prohibits government officials from using their positions to influence an election.

EXCLUSIVE: Resignation Letters Piling up From Disaffected FBI Agents, His Wife Urging Him to Admit He was Wrong

New York Times bestselling author Ed Klein has just published his fourth book about the Clintons since 2005, Guilty as Sin.
Klein had told how Bill Clinton enjoyed foot rubs, massages and romps in his presidential library with female interns and has described new details about Hillary’s medical crises. Guilty as Sin is available in bookstores and for order from Amazon.
James Comey’s decision to revive the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email server and her handling of classified material came after he could no longer resist mounting pressure by mutinous agents in the FBI, including some of his top deputies, according to a source close to the embattled FBI director.

Investment Strategist Forecasts Collapse Timeline: ‘The Last Gasp Of This Economic Cycle Will Come In 2018’

It is no longer a question of whether or not financial markets and the U. S. economy will collapse. That, according to a host of experts, both mainstream and alternative, is a given.
The only question now is ‘when’ that moment will come.
According to Christine Hughes, chief investment strategist at Otterwood Capital, it will be very soon. Basing her assessment on historically dead-on yield curve analysis, Hughes says in her latest update to clients that we’re looking at a maximum breaking point of 2020, but that some time in the next 12 – 15 months is the more likely scenario, which pegs the next crisis right at the beginning of 2018.
First, the chart, which has been near perfect in its accuracy thus far and shows just how rapidly the yield curve has collapsed in the last 12 months:

Welcome To The Halloween Nation

What was with James Comey’s Friday letter to congress? It looks to me like the FBI Director had to go nuclear against his parent agency, the Department of Justice, and Attorney General Loretta Lynch, his boss, in particular. Why? Because the Attorney General refused to pursue the Clinton email case when more evidence turned up in the underage sexting case against Anthony Weiner, husband of Hillary’s chief of staff, Huma Abedin.
Over the weekend, the astounding news story broke that the FBI had not obtained a warrant to examine the emails on Weiner’s computer and other devices after three weeks of getting stonewalled by DOJ attorneys. What does it mean when the Director of the FBI can’t get a warrant in a New York minute? It must mean that the DOJ is at war with the FBI. Watergate is looking like thin gruel compared to this fantastic Bouillabaisse of a presidential campaign fiasco.
One way you can tell is that The New York Times is playing down the story Monday morning. Columnist Paul Krugman calls the Comey letter ‘cryptic.’ Krugman’s personal cryptograph insinuates that Comey is trying to squash an investigation of ‘Russian meddling in American elections.’ Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid chimed in with a statement that ‘it has become clear that you [Comey] possess explosive information about close ties and coordination between Donald Trump, his top advisers and the Russian government.’ How’s that for stupid and ugly? It’s the Russian’s fault that Hillary finds herself in trouble again?

A business owner in Manhattan is suing the city after being forced to waive his Fourth Amendment rights and potentially forfeit his business because an NYPD officer sold illegal goods at his store.
You read that right.
According to a lawsuit filed this month by the Institute for Justice, a libertarian legal advocacy group, an undercover NYPD detective attempted to sell stolen electronics to customers at Sung Cho’s laundromat in Inwood, which located near the northern tip of Manhattan, in 2013. After the officer successfully sold stolen goods to two people – one inside the store and one outside – the city threatened Cho with eviction ‘merely because a ‘stolen property’ offense had happened at his business,’ the legal organization’s website explained.
Institute for Justice (IJ), which takes on cases involving the suppression of free speech, eminent domain, and civil asset forfeiture, among other government encroachments, detailed Cho’s case:

Neera Tanden To Podesta: “Violating The Law Doesn’t Help Hillary”

In all the chaos surrounding the reopening of the FBI’s probe into Hillary’s emails, as well as the still resonating confusion over the Teneo’s illicit dealings with the Clinton Foundation (which as we learned yesterday was also under investigation by the DOJ), one controversial topic has slipped between the cracks: Hillary’s support and funding via Super PACs.
In an email from May 2015 we find that concerns about Hillary’s exposure to SuperPACs was of utmost concern to Hillary Clinton’s top aides, Neera Tander and John Podesta.

Forget Everything You Know About Presidential Elections

So here we are, eight days before America picks its poison, with most national polls showing a win for Hillary Clinton. If she pulls it off, she’ll become not only the first woman and first first lady to rise to the country’s highest office but also the first Democrat to succeed another two-term Democrat since Martin Van Buren succeeded Andrew Jackson in 1837.
She’ll also become the first to be under FBI investigation. On Friday we learned that the bureau is reopening her email case, mere days after WikiLeaks released even more damning files on the nominee. I find it interesting that back in July, eccentric internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom predicted that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange would turn out to be Hillary’s ‘worst nightmare’ – a prediction that has largely come true.
Meanwhile, if Donald Trump manages an upset, he will become the oldest person ever to take the oath of office and the first to transition directly from the business world to the presidency without any past experience as a high-ranking government official (like William Howard Taft and Herbert Hoover) or military officer (like Zachary Taylor, Ulysses S. Grant and Dwight D. Eisenhower).
To Trump’s supporters and many others, of course, this is one of his main assets.
