Canadians who are tired of 18-month delays for routine surgery come here for our medical system. If they were smart, they would fly directly to Mexico City.
Here is how the Mexican system delivers. This is not the sort of system that Nancy Pelosi was willing to accept. So, we didn’t get it. We got a 900-page nightmare.
