Are the foods we’re eating actually making us sicker? Have we been convinced otherwise in order to benefit the pharmaceutical companies who provide the medicines we’re taking? The example of Type II Diabetes, discussed at a TED conference by Sarah Hallberg reveals a vicious circle of the generally accepted guidelines from which patients get sicker and require more medicine as time progresses.
