How Do They Tell Rape from Gate-Rape?

Once again, the TSA’s rapists have assaulted a victim – but this time, the first one ever, the agency is admitting to the crime rather than lauding its deviant for following ‘standard operating procedures.’
It seems a 22-year-old ‘foreign exchange student’ from Korea ‘who does not speak English well’ and who attends college in Utah decided to visit friends in New York City. When she disembarked from her flight at LaGuardia Airport, she ‘was allegedly approached by [Maxi] Oquendo, 40.’ Maxi is not your run-of-the-mill-TSA pervert. No, he’s an ‘evening supervisor.’ He ‘told [the student] to follow him so she could be searched to see if she was carrying a knife or a weapon, sources said. The unsuspecting woman followed him up an escalator to the third floor, where he directed her into the bathroom… Once inside, he molested the victim after asking her to lift her shirt and unzip her pants…’
‘He allegedly touched her breasts and put his hand down her shorts before letting her leave the bathroom. The woman told other TSA officers about the attack and Port Authority police took a report…’
