As noted earlier, full blown civil war has broken out between Trump and and the GOP establishment in the face of Paul Ryan, and in a move that may have effectively pushed Trump into the independent camp, as so many GOP lawmakers appear to desire, this morning Donald Trump unleashed a furious tweetstorm in which he slams Ryan and the republican party, and says that “The Shackles Have Been Taken Off.”
