Liberal icon and ‘feminist’ actress Jane Fonda admitted on Thursday that she was ‘ashamed’ for not speaking out about Harvey Weinstein’s sexual abuse, despite knowing about it for at least a year.
Amazingly, directly after admitting that she essentially helped cover up Weinstein’s abuse, Fondo goes on to blame both ‘male entitlement’ and Donald Trump himself for the actions of serial predator and Democratic super donor Harvey Weinstein. You truly can’t make this stuff up folks!
‘I found out about Harvey about a year ago and I’m ashamed that I didn’t say anything right then, Fonda told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour who groveled over herself to back up Fonda.
‘Why didn’t you, you are so brave?’ Amanpour countered.
‘I was not that bold,’ Fonda continued. ‘Because, I guess, it didn’t happen to me and so I didn’t feel it was my place.’
