SYRIA: The Emerging ‘Peace’ Bloc Challenges the Weakened ‘War’ Bloc

21st Century Wire says…
The Taylor Report speaks to Vanessa Beeley, associate editor at 21st Century Wire.
‘Peace Bloc’ vs. ‘War Bloc’ emerging in Middle East
Even though the ISIS ‘caliphate’ has been defeated in Iraq and Eastern Syria, Beeley points out that the war in Syria is not yet over. There are still pockets of terrorists in several places inside Syria, including a concentration of Al Qaeda inside Idlib province and ISIS along the Israeli border adjacent to the Golan Heights, occupied illegally by Israel since 1967.

China Will Have Ballistic Missile That Can STRIKE ANYWHERE On Earth Ready In Months

In mere months, China will have a ballistic missile completed and ready to strike anywhere in the world. And it can carry up to ten nuclear warheads.
The Dongfeng-41 missile, which is said to have the longest range of any ballistic rockets in the world, has undergone its eighth test and is now near completion, according to state-run media.
Previous reports have claimed that the missile has a range of at least 7,500 miles (12,000km) and could carry up to 10 nuclear warheads – meaning it could strike multiple targets. The new missile also has a speed of more than Mach 10, or ten times the speed of sound (7,672mph) and can use decoy devices to find its way through the enemy’s missile defense systems.

JUDGE PROTECTS FMR HOUSE SPEAKER AND ADMITTED CHILD RAPIST, TELLING HIS VICTIM HE CAN’T SUE

A judge has dismissed a lawsuit from the sixth man who has claimed he was sexually assaulted by Dennis Hastert when he was a young boy.
A judge has chosen to protect former U. S. House speaker and admitted child rapist, Dennis Hastert, by throwing out a lawsuit filed by a man who claims he was violently raped by Hastert when he was a child – and this is not the first time the man claims he has been denied justice.
According to a report from the Chicago Sun-Times, Judge Robert Pilmer dismissed the case citing the statute of limitations. The victim in the case, identified as ‘Richard Doe’ in court documents, is the sixth individual to claim he was sexually assaulted by Hastert.
The man claimed that when he was in fourth grade in 1973, he was riding his bike in Yorkville, Illinois, when he stopped to use the restroom near Yorkville High School. His lawsuit states that a large man opened the door of the stall he was in, and then forcefully sodomized him.

DARING DEFECTOR: WATCH BRAVE NORTH KOREAN CROSS BORDER TO FREEDOM UNDER GUNFIRE

Dramatic footage has emerged showing a North Korean military defector fleeing across the border to South Korea as he is pursued and shot at before being dragged to safety by troops from the other side.
Released on Wednesday by the UN command in the South, the CCTV video shows the soldier – who defected last week – driving towards the border village of Panmunjom.
The footage shows North Korea’s military vehicle speeding towards the border, passing checkpoints manned by North Korean guards before appearing to get stuck in a ditch on November 13. The defector then abandoned the vehicle and continued his escape on foot.
Infrared video shows the 24-year-old defector, identified only by his last name, Oh, being pulled to safety by allied soldiers.

134 Earthquakes Rocked San Andreas Fault In ONE WEEK: ‘Prepare Now’

The 134 earthquakes that have had the San Andreas fault line rocking and rolling this past week are igniting fears that the ‘big one’ could be just around the corner.
According to The Daily Mail, in the last week, 134 earthquakes have hammered a three-mile stretch around Monterey County on the San Andreas fault. Fresh fears have been raised that a huge earthquake is about to hit California after a swarm of recent tremors in the area.
Of those earthquakes, 17 were stronger than 2.5 magnitude and six of them were stronger than 3.0, with more tremors expected in the coming weeks, experts warn. It follows fears raised last week that the ‘Big One’ is about to hit after a series of ten ‘mini-quakes’ struck the same area. The swarm included one 4.6-magnitude quake that was felt in San Francisco more than 90 miles (145 km) away. The 4.6 shock was followed by 9 smaller aftershocks. The largest of these aftershocks measured a magnitude 2.8, Annemarie Baltay, a seismologist with the US Geological Survey in Menlo Park, told SFGATE.

Doomsday Scenarios: UK’s Hair-Raising Admissions About Prospects Of Nuclear War (Or Accident)

The British Ministry of Defence (MoD) has published several reports over the last few years. They discuss geopolitics and related themes, one of which is the likelihood of nuclear war or accident, including what it means for long-term survival.
***
Experts say that even a so-called limited exchange or accident would be catastrophic. For example, a recent paper in Earth’s Future calculates that the most optimistic scenario of a ‘small,’ regional nuclear war between India and Pakistan would wipe out millions of people through famine and result in a nuclear winter. An exchange between the USA and Russia, for instance, could be even bigger and more devastating.
